In the past few years we have been forging a new relationship with the country of Haiti and partnering in support of Haitian pastors. The humanitarian disaster that has happened in Haiti is beyond description. The toll on the country is yet to be fully understood and we continue to pray for freedom and safety for the Haitian citizenry.
Of the many needs, one that has come to our attention through our partnership with an emerging BIC group of churches is a ministry to Orphans. Children, who have been abandoned wander away from the larger cities into the rural communities. This initiative is to help those children have basic necessities of food and clothing and to attend school where they can learn to read and write.
